Cream – David Firth

Cream is an animated video where a miracle cream that can do pretty much everything has been created and being sold to the public, and shows how it is being used such as curing the sick feeding the poor – solving the world’s problems, when the raw materials seem to be running low to create Cream a new version is released which whatever it is applied to duplicates, resulting in infinite cream, however under threat of money becoming obsolete, some mysterious figures try and ruin cream by creating scandals about it, claiming that the creator is a rapist and that using cream will give the user 3 types of aids. This triggers the public to destroy cream and all duplicated items and corrections created by it resulting in the world reverting back to how it was before the introduction of Cream. At the end cream is seen changed to a simple skin cream. 

The surreal nature of the style and animation of the video is something that I will try and experiment with by animating still images of people and objects. With the video having a strong message, implementing a message into my future work is something that I will implement and play around with.
